Privacy Policy — Magic Group rep

Magic Group rep is an internal app used by Magic Group to manage the work of its field sales representatives (employees). This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Location (including in the background): When a representative starts a "work session," the app periodically records location points to document the route of field visits to doctors/clinics. Location is collected only while a session the rep started is active, a persistent indicator is shown, and it stops as soon as the rep ends the session or logs out.
• Account information: name, email, phone, and a device identifier (to bind an account to a single device).
• Visit data: notes and photos captured by the rep during a visit.

How we use it

• Verify that field visits actually occurred at the doctors' locations.
• Show the rep's live route to their manager during working hours.
• Compute performance metrics and manage plans and orders.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data is stored on the company's own servers (rep.magicgroup.network) and is available only to the employer (Magic Group) and its authorized staff.

Data retention

We retain work data for the duration of the representative's employment and per company requirements. An employee may request account deletion by contacting us.
